Warsaw – The old town in pictures

On yesterday’s blog I wrote about the amazing rebuilding job which has made Warsaw’s old town into a UNESCO site.
A staggering 90 per cent of the area was destroyed by German bombers in World War Two, but the area has been lovingly restored.
The below slideshow goes some way towards showing just what a good job was done there.
