Edinburgh – A marathon trip to Scotland

These days it seems most of my posts are about destinations I’ve visited to run a marathon in – and Edinburgh is no different.
On May 28 this year, Craig and I both took part in the Edinburgh Marathon.
It was hot and hard work, but we both managed to record personal bests… and we managed to see a bit of the city as well.
During our weekend in Scotland, we spent a lot of time in the Scottish Borders and went to our friend’s – Morag and Karen – fantastic wedding, but we’ll blog about that soon in another post.
For now, here are a few pictures of Edinburgh which we managed to take after 26+ miles of running…
