China – Video: 24 hours in Beijing

There is a lot to do in Beijing – especially when, like me, you are only visiting the city as a stop-off on your way to Japan.

That left Mami and I with a lot to cram into a short space of time: more on how we did it on this blog later this week.
But seeing as we are now home – yes, the China/Japan adventure came to an end yesterday – I’ve produced a short video showing what we got up to on our whistlestop tour.
So have a look and you too can get a glimpse of Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City and the Great Wall.
Oh, and if you’ve missed out on my travel diary here are some links to what I got up to over the last two weeks:

China – Beijing in pictures: the start of an adventure
Japan – Welcome to the (Tokyo) jungle
Japan – Mount Fuji to be heritage site
Japan – Exploring the Hakone Komagatake Ropeway
Japan – Visiting a Tokyo cat cafe
Japan – How Tokyo’s men are parasite singles
China – The Great Wall in pictures
Japan – Oita’s Monkey Mountain
Japan – Nakatsu Castle, Oita

There’s lots more to come, I just haven’t had time to process it all yet so keep coming back to Naked Eye Travel.
Enjoy the video…
