Blog – My favourite travel stories of the week
It’s time for another – much overdue – round-up of my favourite blog posts from the last week.
At some stage I’ll get organised enough to do this every week… or I won’t.
In the meantime, enjoy…
The Grumpy Traveller website takes a look at why Pittsburgh is a hugely underrated travel destination.
From one of the best views in America to the largest single artist museum in the US – dedicated to Andy Warhol – this article shed light on a city I have to admit I was largely ignorant about.
It certainly isn’t Gotham City…
Vietnam is currently sitting towards the top of my Bucket List, and this post from Thinking Nomads has done nothing to put me off.
The picture gallery is also absolutely stunning.
This is an excellent post from the grantourismo website.
Of course, we all travel to see the wonderful sights the world has on offer, but so often it is the people you meet that really makes travelling special.
The list of experiences Lara Dunston and Terance Carter have had through the people they’ve met is incredible – and they’re kind enough to tell everyone how they did it.
If I ever hear anyone talking publicly about a flocation I’m not sure I’ll be able to restrain myself.
As for a neighcation or weighcation; somebody save us…
