Blog – Ljubljana Day Two, of magnets and menus

Ljubljana is a beautiful city.
It is a champion of dragons, a green city, a pedestrianised wonder and home to a rather special castle.
But that’s all for another day and another post.

Today, I want to tell you all about two of the more unusual things I saw in Ljubljana.
While enjoying the heights of Ljubjana Castle I came across this somewhat unusual restaurant menu.
Anyone for “Not A Lion, Suckling Pig Will Be My King Of The Animals!”
Or “In The Past, Cows Grazed On The Outskirts Of Ljubljana”.
Or “Cauliflower”.

And if that wasn’t ‘different’ enough, how about this somewhat unusual advert for various t-shirts and magnets depicting countries with particular characters.
So I give you Queen Elizabeth I as the UK. So far, so normal.
But what about Borat as Kazakhstan
Or Bruce Lee for Hong Kong, or even Gangnam Style for South Korea
So, yeah…
